The Body Shop Satsuma Soap Review

Best if you want to: Cleanse your skin with a moisturizing, vegetable-based soap that has a bright citrus scent to refresh and uplift the senses.
Best for: normal skin
How it works:
  • Satsuma essential oil moisturizes skin and provides a natural citrus fragrance.
  • Glycerin is a water soluble moisturizer that enriches foam and lather.
The body shops Satsuma is amazingly fragrant. I wonder if it would be good as  a candle. Anyways apart from the great smell it is better to get the The Body Shop's hard soaps than the liquid soaps because they last longer and have a longer lifetime. I totally love this soap  smell I  might  just get another when on sale and burn it as a candle. It leaves my skin squeaky clean and I love that. Also removes make-up very well.

The pros
 smells great
can be used for longer time than the liquid soaps.
comes in  plastic wrapper opposed to cardboard box
Leaves the skin super clean and oil  free
Creates a nice lather

The cons
the smell does not stay on the body
not very moisturizing
kind of small compared to drugstore brand soap bars
Expensive

The Body Shop Satsuma Body Butter Review

So I decided to get this when The Body Shop was having their 50% off sale. I bought a small 1.6 oz jar to try it out just in case I didn't like it. It is TBS's best smelling body butter. I thought it smelled very nice and sweet but not entirely like real satsuma. In Spanish satsuma is mandarina. They taste so freaking good I had to try this butter. Overall the smell is very  sweet and not strong at all. It moisturized pretty well but  the  smell  faded after a while. I  didn't think it was amazingly  great but I totally recommend it if you love mandarina's and would love to smell  like them.
